Hi, I’m Dr. Raveena Rihal

I am a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, mother, wife, devoted home cook, and a health enthusiast.

I find joy in sitting down with patients to focus on the fundamentals of wellbeing. I believe small changes have a profound impact on our overall health and wellbeing. I ensure my clients have the right knowledge and guidance to set attainable and sustainable health goals so they can live happier, healthier lives.

After working in traditional healthcare for more than a decade, I felt unsatisfied with the level of impact I was able to make in patients lives. I took a pause from practicing and instead dedicated time to my growing family and myself after years of hard work.

While being present for my family, I was also committed to feeling better, looking better, and finding clarity on my future as a doctor. I used this time to face my own personal health challenges, like anxiety, pre-diabetes, and chronic knee pain. As part of my health journey, I was able to incorporate research-backed interventions to feel stronger and more durable.

Along the way, I found myself advising friends and families around best health practices, and realized how fulfilling and rewarding these conversations were. I was able to directly impact the quality of people’s lives—and so the idea for Zor Guided Health was born!
